The Xiamen Gold Standard Committee is mainly responsible for standardization work in the city's BRICS technology and skills fields. The secretariat is located in the Xiamen BRICS Future Skills Development and Technology Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the BRICS Future Research Institute). As the city where the BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership Innovation Base has settled, Xiamen plays a major strategic role in strengthening the standardization work of the BRICS countries. The establishment of the Xiamen Financial Standards Committee is an important measure to promote in-depth and practical cooperation in the new industrial revolution, and has played an important role in the construction of the BRICS emerging technology and skills standard system and the improvement of regional standard service capabilities.
