Article 1 Scope of these regulations
This document specifies the management of user registration, user permissions, and user qualifications for the National Group Standard Information Platform.
Article 2 Basis for Platform Construction
In order to better promote the development of group standardization work, a national group standard information platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) is established in accordance with the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Cultivating and Developing Group Standards issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standards Commission (State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Standardization [2016] No. 109). The website of this platform is www.cn.
Article 3 Platform Objectives
The operation and management of the platform aims to serve group standardization, publish policies, news, and information related to group standardization work, provide technical support for the development of group standardization work, provide channels for obtaining, evaluating, and supervising group standards, achieve information management of social groups and group standards, and build a communication and exchange platform for social groups and the public.
Chapter 2 Classification of Users
Article 4 Classification of Platform Users
Group users. Societies, associations, chambers of commerce, federations, and industrial technology alliances with legal personality and corresponding professional and technical capabilities can apply for registration on the platform according to their registration location. After examination and meeting the conditions, they can browse and understand information on group standardization work on the platform, download their own standards, publish news related to social organizations after examination, and publish relevant information on the group standards they have formulated.
