主要技术内容	In order to cultivate future technical and skilled talents that align with the era demands, we are committed  to promoting closer standardization cooperation among the BRICS countries, amplifying the impact of BRICS  standards, supporting high-quality development, and implementing the 2022 plan forwarded by BRICS  Business Council Skills Working Group. Under the guidance of President Xi’s Spirit, the BRICS countries  are jointly opening a new chapter. The goal is not only to deepen cooperation in the skills development and  technological innovation field, but also to further focus on the long-term vision of jointly building international  training bases. The BRICS "Machine Learning and Big Data" International Group Standard has been finished by more  than 130 experts from China, South Africa, Brazil and Russian. And it has been used in International Training  Camps and competitions. The standard also has been written into the 2023 report of BRICS Business Council.  It will play a leading role in international cooperation, pushing the BRICS cooperation into a broader stage,  and bringing more opportunities for talents development in emerging fields such as big data
